If you book a phone call, also your phone number and preferred time slot will be collected to schedule our call.

If you subscribe to my newsletter, either on my website or by other means, I will process your contact information (your name and email address) to get in touch with you periodically to tell you about new research, notify you about blog posts that you might be interested in reading, promotional messages about our products and services, notifications about new video posts, and so on. Note that I use the MailChimp tool to organize the Sleep Champions Newsletter, so your name and e-mail address will also be stored there.
If you ever want me to stop sending you emails, all you need to do is click on the “unsubscribe” link that you’ll find at the bottom of every message, or let me know by your preferred way of communication. Your contact information will also be deleted from the MailChimp system.

Evaluation calls and working together:

I will collect all information you provide through the contact form or book-a-call form on my website, in the questionnaire you will receive once you book my services, during phone calls, text, chat, social media, or by any other means of communication. This data is necessary for me to communicate with you, to supply the services you have purchased, and to keep records of your purchases and transactions.
With your permission, I may also use this data to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you by email, phone, or social media, including Facebook adverts or other display advertisements. If you do not want to receive further promotional content, please contact me to update your communication preferences.


I may use your experience of working with me as a testimonial for publication on my website or Facebook. I will only publish your name or the name and age of your child with your explicit permission. If you prefer to remain anonymous, any personal information that could be linked to you will be removed from the text. I store and distribute these testimonials to promote my services.
